Founder & CEO | The Providence Corporation

Al-Malik N. Bey is a seasoned architect and real estate development professional with 31 years of experience across the full lifecycle of design and construction. He founded The Providence Corporation to focus on commercial and multi-family residential development, bringing a comprehensive, technically grounded approach to each project.

Mr. Bey’s professional background includes project programming, feasibility studies, building cost analysis, zoning and building code compliance, construction documentation, technical and constructability reviews, project management, construction administration,
and construction observation and reporting. This breadth of experience allows him to identify risks early, manage costs proactively, and ensure that projects are both buildable and financeable.

By integrating architectural insight with construction and development economics, Mr. Bey bridges the gap between concept and execution. His leadership provides investors and lenders with confidence that projects are well-planned, compliant, efficiently managed, and responsibly delivered. Under his direction, The Providence Corporation serves as a trusted partner committed
to quality, accountability, and long-term value.
